A wonderful trip that connects Zanzibar and the Tanzanian Swahili Coast with the bustling city of Cape Town. This trip offers some of Africa's finest beaches from the white sands of Zanzibar, through to the shores of the beautiful Lake Malawi. We visit some of Africa's best wildlife parks, such as South Luangwa, Chobe, Hwange and Etosha National Parks. But the two wildlife experiences, you will never forget, will be canoeing down through the Lower Zambezi region and walking with White Rhinos in Matobo National Park. If you want spectacular scenery then this trip tops the bill and nowhere shows this more than the wonderful dune scapes of Namibia's Namib Desert and the vastness of the Fish River Canyon. If you are after wilderness, none is better that Botswana's incomparable Okavango Delta, which we will explore by dugout canoe. Finally, this journey has the greatest icon of them all, the incomparable Victoria Falls.
  • Marvel at the awe-inspiring Victoria Falls
  • Take advantage of many optional activities at Victoria Falls
  • Boat trip to spot wildlife in Chobe NP
  • Jeep safari in Hwange NP
  • Guided walking safari in search of White rhino in Matobo NP
  • Learn the colonial history of Southern Africa at the grave of Cecil Rhodes
  • Search for meerkats at the Makgadikgadi Pans
  • 2 days wilderness safari in Okavango delta
  • Spot wildlife among the reeds and lillies from a canoe in the Okavango
  • Visit to the San Bushmen Village project near Grootfontein
  • 2 day overland safari through Etosha NP with excellent wildlife
  • Wildcamp and hike in the stunning wild mountains of Spitzkoppe
  • Witness the tens of thousands of seals at Cape Cross
  • Optional wild adventures of Swakopmund
  • Cross the Namib Desert
  • Watch the sunrise from the top of Sossusvlei's Dune 45
  • Optional rafting or canoeing on the Orange River
  • Explore the stunning views at Fish River Canyon
  • Take a cable car up Table Mountain or any of the numerous options in Cape Town
  • Great widlife but with the bonus of good campsites and tourism infrastructure, and so the lifestyle is pretty easy. Roads are generally good but we do get you away from the tourist trail and off the beaten track. Expect to be pushed outside your comfort zone occasionally.
